We’re thrilled to share an exciting update from La Rose Cavaliers! Rose and Bently’s beautiful litter of six purebred Cavalier King Charles Spaniels has officially turned three weeks old, and we couldn’t be more in love.

All six pups are healthy, thriving, and gaining weight steadily. Their soft, silky coats are coming in beautifully, and their adorable little faces are beginning to show more personality each day. These sweet Cavaliers are already melting hearts with their sleepy snuggles and tiny tail wiggles.
✨ What’s Happening at 3 Weeks?
At this stage of development, the puppies are reaching some important early milestones:
Eyes and ears are now open, giving them a new sense of the world around them.
They're beginning to recognise sounds and respond to gentle voices and movement.
Their mobility is improving – wobbly little steps and playful rolls are becoming a regular sight in the whelping box.
We’re also seeing the start of social behaviours, like nuzzling and interacting with their littermates.
Their pink noses have gained black pigmentation spots and their white fur is almost covered their snout, so looking more like Cavaliers each day
They have commenced their "puppy culture" training and development program with this week focussing on neurological development and touch therapy.

🐾 What’s Next for the Pups?
Over the next couple of weeks, we expect:
A surge in energy and playfulness, as they explore their surroundings.
Introduction to soft solids as they begin weaning around 4 weeks.
Increased socialisation, including gentle human handling and exposure to household sounds to support confident temperaments.
Introducing challenges as part of the "Puppy Culture" philosophy to improve their problem solving and resilience skills.
Outdoor play, the first time out of their whelping box.
Meeting uncle Pumpkin and Auntie Lola, our Cavoodle pups.
We’re so proud of how well Rose and Bently’s litter is progressing. Their gentle, affectionate natures are already shining through, and we can’t wait to share more updates as they grow.

Stay tuned for more pictures, videos, and milestone updates – these pups are only getting cuter!
With love,
The La Rose Cavaliers Team🐾
